Hatha Yoga is a classical practice that centres around the philosophy of oneness; human beings as one collective energy. The word Hatha is a combination of ‘Ha’ meaning Sun and ‘Ta’ meaning Moon, the idea that the sun and moon come together creating wholeness. As we move, we move to transcend our minds into a new level of consciousness. With each posture we release the past and bring our minds into entirety.


Kundalini Yoga

Saturday 12:00PM - 1:30PM

Kundalini is the primal energy located at the base of our spine thought to bring one to enlightenment once the energy is awakened. This form of yoga is perfect for those in need of a deep relaxation while keeping the body flowing. Kundalini is affective for those with chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety, sciatica, cancer recovery, thyroid imbalance and glandular system. This yoga is great for beginners and seniors but not limited to those more advanced yogis.


Nidra Yoga

Saturday 2:00PM - 3:00PM

Nidra is the deepest form of relaxation while maintaining full consciousness. It is often referred to as yogic sleep or conscious deep sleep. Nidra is practiced lying down and focuses on specific areas of your body at a time. Nidra is able to help those with insomnia, depression, addictions, stress and PTSD. It is the perfect way to tap into your deepest self.
